canada tourist visa

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for Canada tourist visa (temporary residence visa online on 19 September2018.
after applied status showing the application in progress once final decision made will send a message like that.ans also mentioned no need other documents, medical exam, background check.

I schedule my travel itinerary on 8th October, till now no reply. following documents provided for online application are

1.6 months bank account
2.fixed deposits, mutual fund investment copy
3.pay stubs
4. ticket itinerary with the travel agency
5.hotel booking with the free cancellation option
6.day to day tour itinerary for 19 days
7.traves insurance from October 8 to 29 October
8.pcc from Oman
9..leave letter from the company
10.pharmacist license copy
now 15 days has finished, i applied for 21 days showed 4laks Indian rupees in liquid cash till now no reply what I have to do for inquiring, at the moments I have been
working as a pharmacist in Oman, my nationality is India. please kindly guide

Suspects. About .Yoir travel plan for 19 days. And cash 4. . If you didn't get answre in till 25 days than understand. Visa refused

ok, if I apply for a student visa for Canada, will this refusal may affect my application. At the moment I am working as a pharmacist in Oman. I would like to join in the diploma course (1 YEAR) in Ontario, Canada. if I get college admission, could I get the study permit? please advise me. i completed masters in 2013.
working in Oman since 2014 November to till date October 2018. I am going get marry and apply for student visa (study permit) with spouse in the month of April 2019. i have Oman pcc now , while applying time updated pcc required or not, for study how much money need to show for 1 year after paying 1st semister tution fee , i am going to chose diploma course one year fee is 15000 cad. kindly guide and advise me.
