Canada Tourist Visa from Dubai.

Hi guys I applied on 19th Mar still no update on Tourist Visa, anybody applied same time and got update?

u do realise IRCC is short on staff due to this crisis. asking same question again and again on different threads will not get your application jump start.as it is processing time from middle east is 2 months if i am not wrong so keep waiting till the end of this year may be during Christmas.

It’s been more than 55 days as given timeline by IRCC for UAE. It’s nothing wrong in submitting a web form request about ur application status. Just submit a web form inquiry.

That is just an estimated time during regular processing. No point sending a webform. You can’t travel anyways.

Every case is different. Times are just an estimate. Given covid everyone should be expecting processing delays.

No point. Processing times are only estimates and on top of that you should expect delays due to covid. You can’t travel anyways.

due to pendamic mostly visa are suspended till 9th June .and for trv they have halted only eastinal visa trv are accepeted.so wait till suspension is gone.

My travel plan is from 4th Jul 20 Flight and hotel booking, obviously I will not be travelling due to COVID, my Visa is still under process If I cancel my bookings will it impact my application?

Immigration Canada and visa offices were closed till July 1st. they just started processing applications. I applied from turkey and online in April. still no update.
