Heyy, I am simran and I am confused. Here's my problem, I applied for canada in 2013(Jan intake ielts 6.5) and got refused reason been said 1- I won't come back to indian 2-my purpose of visit isn't clear. I applied for this visa after 12th non-medical(2011 passout) in diploma in mechanical engg
. Now I am graduate in bs.c it (2014 passout) with 69%. My ielts score is 7 bands(no band less than 6). Should I apply for canada in May 2015 or not???

it's up to you if you want to apply for canadian visa.
there are many important facts for applying canada visa which include a strong SOP
don't select irrelevent course otherwise the visa officer will refuse your application on the basis of course mismatch.

1 of the reasons i can understand that Visa officer gave you is you could not show a strong home-ties to your home country and the other reason shows that you need to write a strong SOP again. I would suggest you to overcome these 2 before re-applying and you will get your visa.

I wanna ask one more thing , look when I applied for Canadian visa in 2013 jan intake I was pursuing my degree but as it was incomplete I didn't mentioned it in my file. I am just worried if I apply again in 2015 May intake would it create any problem for example is it possible that a visa officer may reject my application again because I have kind of hidden this information from him..

same case was happen to me but little bit of different.
i was rejected on 28oct 2014. actually i was firstly rejected by u.s embassy so when i was filling form there was one question regarding any country refusal and by mistake i didnt read proper question and i just tick on NO instead of yes . so i got rejected by saying providing wrong info to embassy and they clearly mentioned the reason for that particular question.
so again i applied on 19th Nov with extra apology letter and strong sop.
just waiting for my result now..

It would not create any problem, infact your profile looks much better now.
