CANADA Study visa under SPP: Status Submitted for more than a 40 days now

Hi,
I applied for CANADA study visa under spp on April 2nd via mumbai VFS and on 15th April I received a mail from Banglore to attach the paper application online, till now I haven't received any update from them?
Should I be worried?
Should I contact them?
If I do then where should I approach first?
What do I do?
