Hello,
I have done my bachelors in civil engineering in 2019, later I started working as an Associate Reporting and Analytics in the team of Data Analytics & Visualization in a IT company... I have work experience of 18 months... I have chosen course Data Analytics for Business... I applied for my study permit first on 25th march and on april 24th I got a refusal stating just one reason that the visa officer is not satisfied that I will leave Canada at the end of my stay based on my purpose of visit... Later I justified the reasons with strong points which will make me return back to India and reapplied on 30th april... Again I got a refusal on 26 June, but this time I got 2 reasons.. One being the same as 1st one and other one is proposed studies are not reasonable in light of your qualification, previous studies, academic record, level of establishment, future prospects/ plans.... Now what should i do???
I AM PLANNING TO REAPPLY ONE LAST TIME... WHAT ARE YOUR SUGGESTIONS???.... PLEASE TELL ME...!!!

I already got to know the points mentioned in my caips notes... Can I justify them and reapply again??
Also.. I am changing my agent this time...the new agent told they will prepare my SOP this time with a professional content writer itself.

How did you find out about gcms notes when you reapplied in six days?
Also i thought VO checks the whole application in the first go which helps one rectify but this is shocking that second round you got more reasons.

Mention future prospect in detail, talk about your field and where your country stands on it, Job titles you have an eye on, expected salary package etc.

Yeah... Even I was surprised that I got more reasons the sending time... I never saw this type of situation... I don't know what to do...After my first refusal I applied for CAIPS.. I got it June 1st week....when I called IRCC agent and asked if the notes were same... He replied both are same... No use of applying caips again.

Apply for GCMS notes and apply again, addressing all points.

What is the probability that we'll get an approval even if we address all the points... Because I already have 2 refusals... Will this impact my new application too.

No idea, ill be more successful in figuring out when aliens descend to earth than this Study Permit.
TBH i've read people got their visa in 3rd or 4th application. I'm on my second too.

I was in the same situation. First refusal with 1 reason. Second refusal with 4 reasons. Yes 4 of them. They gave me every reason possible for the second time. So yes again, it can be worse and worse and coming to impossible.
What's your full academic profile? How was your grades and performance?
Reapply after 6 days was exactly what I did myself and the result was terrible. So yours could be in the same situation. Don't rush it. Apply for GCMS again. Check all of your docs, especially the SOP before the next try.

(I got my study permit at the 3rd try.)

Wow.. That's inspiring bro...
This is about my profile...
-Bachelors in civil engineering 2019 passout with 6.2 CGPA... (overall backlogs history is 6)
-After that work experience of 18 months as a Associate - Reporting & Analytics in IT company (job is related to Data Science field)
-Chosen program is Data Analytics for Business from St. Clair college

I think mainly the VO thinks the course doesn't match my previous study... But that useless fellow is not considering my work experience only....There is no such program available only...

In have one question to him... If he is working as a Immigration Visa officer... Did he do Bachelors in Immigration visa studies....

I think they will see course relevancy by the title of the degree.... Illiterate fellows...!!!

Wow wow calm down. Keep remember that you chose Canada yourself. No one forced you to do it. Study in Canada is a chance, not a right that everyone should have. So at least don't be impolite to our host country. I got refused and tried to understand my mistake, the last thing you want to do is to blame them.
The diploma you chose is a 2-year college diploma or a post-graduate diploma?
(I'm not a bro)

My chosen is a Ontario Graduate Certificate of 2 years ( Post graduate)... I have removed the bro part from my above comment ....

Also tell me what changes you made to your third application... Was the change only in the sop done by justifying the caips notes reasons... Or did you add any extra documents too.... Please try to remember and tell.. Any minute changes you did would have also matter.

I basically change everything. It looked like a brand new one. Nothing was the same with the two previous SOP, I added financial proof, property registration, sponsor's employment confirmation, add more funds in my own account. I tried to make it look professional with a cover page, a bibliography for my data. Filled with numbers and facts and truths, not opinions. No fancy words, no long phrases. And I got my visa.
