Canada study visa refusal (2 times ) in 2021

I basically change everything. It looked like a brand new one. Nothing was the same with the two previous SOP, I added financial proof, property registration, sponsor's employment confirmation, add more funds in my own account. I tried to make it look professional with a cover page, a bibliography for my data. Filled with numbers and facts and truths, not opinions. No fancy words, no long phrases. And I got my visa.

Wow... Awesome... that sounds like the VO didn't have any reasons to refuse your application this time... Anyways, are you in Canada now?... If so what course and college and when did you go?
