If i apply in starting week of november2020 will i get my Canadian student visa before january 2021 ?
Canada study visa applied in December

Looking at the current visa processing times, It will be very difficult to get your visa if you applied in Nov 2020
But i got no other option left except, to defer or changing course if visa is delayed
I have to make the fee payment through Flywire i went to western union and they denied it then i went to habib qatar they were also not sure about it and told me that they will inform me at noon about the payment whether will it be done or not
If anyone has made payment through flywire kindly guide me out
