Apply on your own. Stay away from foreign consultants. Too many problems and issues with bad service with foreign consultants.

In terms of schools, if you are looking for a post graduate diploma, then research colleges - not universities. Public colleges only. Stay away from all private colleges.

I can suggest one, I am using his service. No payment until you get the visa. So its a good deal. He is very good for mature students. I cant put it here for obvious reasons. No harm in talking to him and see if he is good!
