Hey All,
I have a very difficult situation here. I entered the U.S legally (10 years old) my father left me with my uncle and aunt and I am back to my country now, I left the states when I was 18 years old. I have asked the U.S immigration lawyer about my overstaying they said I won't face any ban from the states because I left within 180 of turning 18. I have successfully completed my elementary and high school but I am facing problems entering as a undergrad student in my country.
Now my questions are:
Does Canadian schools offer Undergrad visas?
Will my overstaying in the U.S make me a poor candidate?
Am I eligible for a Canada Undergrad Student Visa? If Yes, will I have to face an interview?
Will I have to write a TOEFL or IELTS?
If I have to face the interview will the Visa officers ask my questions about my overstay?
Is my Visa impossible?
NOTE: I cannot live in my country because I have spent most of my child hood in the U.S every other country feels like a foreign country to me. Except Canada and U.S
