canada spouse/ family class visa from india

hii.. i going to apply for canada spousal visa/ family class visa from india. My husband is permanent resident in canada.
please tell me how can i include my unborn child in my application as my expected date of delivery is in dec 2018 and i am going to file my application at the end of sep 2018.

Others can comment but there is no specific obligation to inform CIC of a pregnancy /unborn in a PR application given has no impact to the application.

Post birth there is a process to add the child to a PR application as long as the PR application has not reached completion., probably unlikely by December 2018 .

Also note that whilst pregnant as sure you know there are challenges in completing any medical such as an X-ray for example which may delay processing.
