CANADA REDUCES BACKLOG.... FROM 80 MONTHS TO 90 MONTHS=7.5 YEARS!!!

Backlog Delhi cases r screwed again...90 months???? This is from 80 months to 90 months.
Really bad news....... shame on Delhi.
What happened to all that minister talking about reducing the backlog??
.... CIC Delhi is worse than a third world country?
God bless us who have to lost the best part of our lives waiting endlessly for this canadian immigration

i think you need to wait till 25 June 2010 applications are processed / finalised at VO Delhi level. Once done the VO - Delhi would have enough time to finish the all old applicatipons. Currently athey are processing 10 June 2010.

This may also possiblethe 7.5 years would reduce to 12 months or less....


As per my understanding the impact of new rule 26 june 2010 would be observed at CIO,NS level from September 2010 (they would certainly have very less application reveived in July 2010). The same may be in VO level in next 2-3 months of after that.

Hi All,

We can have endless ideas of our own but the reality bites. It is going to be earliest by 2012 for 2004 mid and later applications at any pace. BTW it was 33 months when they started our applications in Aug 2004, then sometime I saw some 50+ months, then 72, then 76, then 80, now 90, projecting 105+ in next 3-6 months.
