Your chance of ITA seem high. Most definitely you should meet the minimum eligibility of 67.

Better to track progress once you are at AOR stage.

Should I update my school education ( tenth and twelfth ) information in the WES website or just updating my B.E information would do ?

You just need your B.E. transcript from your university. It will be in a sealed envelop (do not open it). It would be good to send a photocopy of your engineering marks cards and certificate along with transcript.
