I applied for PCC online on Toronto Police Services Website. I got the PCC without giving fingerprints. I didn't know about the fingerprint step that time. So, now should I get it done again before submitting my application or should I wait if I am asked to get it done by the immigration?

You need to get the Criminal Record Check from RCMP.

How long will it take? Will they send it directly to immigration or do i need to attach the document with my application?
It will take around 10 days. You will need to submit the document. They do not send it to CIC.

I am going to apply for the PR and in Canada since January 2014. Will I have to submit PCC (Canada) along with PCC (back home) ?
