Many people received NOI (Notice of Interest) from Ontario province May 12th! Congratulations to all those who have received NOI and making their first step to call themselves as Canadians!

Hey guys,

I received NOI from Ontario today but when I logged into OINP e portal and clicked on human capital priorities system, I get message saying that they are not taking any more applications. What does that mean? Why did they send NOI in that case?

Am I going in the right direction after receiving NOI?

Hi Deepti,

Don't get panicked. This happened a month ago as well. It's due to some technical issue and no need to be worried. The system will accpet application once they fix it (Usually in 3 - 4 days). They have around 2900 more nominations to give (for this year). So, no worries.

usually it takes 6-8 weeks, but sometimes it may take longer

Hi Just have a query. I recieved NOI on April 12. I have sufficient funds since 2.5 months not 6 months which is required. If i show ontario a gift deed from my mum will they accept my application woth funds being in the account for 2.5 months only?plz help
