If applying through Express Entry PR, what is the best time to search for Canadian employer?
I see that 600 points stand for PNP / job offer, and I don't know if they are same / different.

Also I wonder if there are better chances of landing a job if applying for temporary visa instead of PR?

Just like to add here, that job offer doesn't give you 600 points, VALID job offer do that. And what is valid job offer ? here you go: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/glossary.asp#labour_market_impact_assessment

I am coming from that post only. It suggests to create Express Entry profile first, but I am concerned about real world timelines wherein employers don't wait for candidate's visa to be done. Hence my query - what is the best time to search for Canadian employer? - and if there is better alternative of PR (temporary visa) through direct job offer.

Any time is best as long as you have started as soon as possible because it needs time to process all Which LMIA and really time taking...So, if you can start it as soon as possible..
Good luck :) :)
