I received my passport today. Heading to the border tomorrow. What kind of questions do they ask ?

If he had been charged with any crime since he applied and if he had any spouse or dependants that he did not put on the application.

she asked for his current WP and any other previous WP's. She looked a them and then asked to keep them as he wouldn't need them now.

Then she asked us to sit down and gave us something to read about his rights as a PR. She did a few things while we read that and then called us back up after 5 minutes and asked if we had any questions about what we read. We said "no" and then she said " congratulations you are now a permanent resident of Canada"

It really sunk in for my bf today when he woke up and realize we don't have to worry about any more WP applications and that he can change jobs, go to school or move and he doesn't have to worry about having to get permission or tell anyone about it. Such a weight has been taken off our shoulders. I had the best sleep last night.

Mine was received on the 26th, hopefully will get it back after 10 business days

My passport is reaching today hence wanting to know if its going to be 2-3 weeks or more than that.

My passport reached Ottawa on May 19, I think it may take 10 working days.waiting for the return post activation

Hello Chris my pp reached ottawa on 20 may.So if u connect ur file to my cic and see the final status approved than it means visa is stamped and it will dispatch in couple days.u can also follow this thread

Thank you, Ricky, I didn't try to link my application to MY CIC account. Anyway I wait for the return express post activation .if there any notification on your MY CIC account please share
