Yes, received ITA almost right away, applied for PR a few weeks ago. When creating EE profile they don’t really ask your status in US or anything, but be ready to explain all that when will be applying for PR, I’m waiting now and nervous about what they gonna say

Congrats ! Now if you accept it , you’ll have 60 days to fill up the PR application ( I think you know the process ) and if it’s approved , you have a year from a medical exam date to land in Canada (again I’m sure you know that , just making sure ). No news from my end - I’m waiting for biometrics request letter at this point , should receive it soon

Thanks for the info. I wish you get the biometrics request letter soon, it will be a relief for me too(i'm still worried a little about the whole asylum thing effect on application). Just let me know once you get it. Ill keep updating too.

Got a quick question, did you fill the whole application yourself or you took help from an immigration lawyer/agent? Should i consider hiring an immigration agent or you think its best to proceed yourself?

How many points do you have under EE?
