No,

You will be eligible after 43 days of Nov 2017. I guess it would be Jan 2018 depends on what day have you returned back to Canada in Nov 2014

I am going to apply citizenship with my three kids, aged 8.9 & 17 but two kids are 5 months out of Canada & one son 2 months out of Canada,and all three are not completed 4 years to live in Canada, can I apply with them.
