Does not have to be written given until you land you are not a PR , have no PR rights and could worst case be refused a landing by CBSA regardless of the COVID situation.Hi all,
My CoPR will expire by September 2020, thus I do have time in that case. However, our flights are booked on 7th April from Kolkata, India. Anyone who has received any "written confirmation" that CoPRs are not considered as PRs and thus can/cannot land - Please inform us all.
I think, more people have been affected by this rather than by COVID-19 Hope the situation cools down faster!
Suggest you check directly with the airline, not easy at the moment, given they will have specific board/no board instructions assuming flights have not been cancelled of course given airlines are cancelling significant number of flights some as many as 75-80 percent of their schedules due to lack of demand and they will not fly near empty planes

IRCC have I believe put in place an exception process through submitting a webform to cater for travel restrictions due to COVID
