On sponsor questionnaire the question is asked if the sponsor " on a seperate piece of paper provide any additional details that prove your relationship is genuine and continuing".

On question 20 of spouse sponsor questionnaire you are asked to provide documents proving that the relationship is genuine. I have just spent weeks tracking down shared flight itenerarys, shared bank statements, insurance and health policy's fo both of us, statements from previous employers of our relationship, a common law visa granted from my country (aussy) photos, financial history. So All my good stuff that proves what it obvious has already been used..... and I'm super tempted just to photocopy all that stuff and, bang, I'm freaking done. Will cic get sad that I blatantly just reuse all that stuff? There's pretty much nothing left I haven't put in there! Is that what all you guys have done? I don't see a way around it Coz we only have so much of a paper trail and it's all been bought in to play. Hope someone who is wise to this can please enlighten me!!! Many thanks

What exactly do you mean by "re-use" evidence? You don't need to photocopy stuff, only to include it in the same envelope that both the application to sponsor and the sponsored application for PR are put and sent to CIC in. Simply include it all, once.

I don't think that anything you can do will make CIC Sad 8)

But yes...can you clarify this a bit?? Did you already send them all this Proof? What do you mean by Re-use evidence?

It's recommended that you have 3 separate `parts' to your application package:

1. Sponsor's forms and related/requested documents.

2. Applicant's forms and related/requested documents.

3. All of your evidence/proof of your relationship.

For questions such as the aforementioned, just write `Please see Evidence of Relationship material' (or similar).

hey guys,
ill try and be somewhat clearer.
There are the forms to be filled from the sponsor, and then the forms to be filled by principal applicant.

both of these sections ask basically the same question, for evidence of any practical description displaying the relationship is genuine.

I have, for example, filled out the sponsor/spouse questionnaire form for myself, principal applicant, and where it asks to include all supporting documents, i have made a folder containing all of these docs relevant to each of my forms so the evidence is organised into clear segments for when it is posted to CIC and is clearly providing the docs in a organised way.

In another form, to be filled by the sponsor, it asks essentially the same question, that being to include evidence of relationship.

So i have one section of my application for the principal applicant, that is literally bulging with documents and evidence and ready to send. and then there is the other section of the application, to be filled by the sponsor, that is asking the same question. SO my question waS, do i basically photocopy all of the supporting documents used to back up my principal applicants forms to add to the sponsors forms? or do you just make a folder of evidence that both the principal applicant and sponsor refers to? this seems to be what ponga has recommended, but i have a enourmous amount of documents for CIC to go through and i didnt want it becoming an unwieldy mess that they are unable to wade through. thanks.

Regardless of how you organize it, CIC will just tear it apart and put it back together as they sit fit. There is no need to send the same document twice. I simply put all the evidence together and sent it that way, no need to send several copies of the same thing.
