Can WES issue the report before it's Estimated date??

Hello ,
Can WES issue the report earlier then it's estimated date? I want my report before DEC 2014, Now what are the chances? They have updates my account status as:
The estimated completion date of your evaluation report is: January 5, 2015.

WES always provide you the report atleast 15 days before the completion date. They take about 3 weeks in total from receiving till delivering you at home . i am sure your status will convert to completed within one week

yes i was given 15 th dec and got my report on 1st DEC
Actually I made a mistake that I forgot to send my SSC and HSC documents with my MBA and B.COMM particulars which were received by WES on NOV 3 2014. But after that I got a document request so I sent my SSC and HSC particulars on DEC 3. Now they have recieved all the documents. On dec 4 I recieved a notification that my estimated date of processing is Jan 5, 2015.
I badly want my report before DEC in order to apply for FSWP.

My ECA report will only be available in early Jan. However, I need to send in the application for FSW before the end of the year. Could anyone tell me if I can send in the application first, stating that ECA reports by WES is on the way, and send it in a few weeks later?

It is mandatory to submit your orignal WES report along with your application otherwise they dont accept it and no you cant send it afterwards

but... in case not, can I send along a copy of online completed review of report or a copy of fax (unofficial report by fax)? And send in the official one later. Do they accept that??

There's an option 'view report online' click on that and the soft copy report will be displayed.
