Can WES issue the report before it's Estimated date??

I can only view the report once it will get processed. I am really nervous as I have made all the preparations regarding filling and only waiting for this report. I think that holidays may ruin the days.

CIC specifically mentioned in their checklist to submit the original WES report but once WES dispatches your result to you , they also sends one copy to the CIC so yes you can send them the printed copy of the result but do mention in your cover letter that you will send them the original afterwards

Wrong. ECA report sent to CIC has to be original, even a copy is not accepted. There is no point in sending the printed copy as this is not acceptable.

I submitted my documents October 13, 2019
They reviewed and accepted Nov 16, 2019 and gave me estimated time of competion December 13, 2019?
isn't this too long?
I need my report before December.
