    Can WES issue the report before it's Estimated date??

    is this true that WES can issue the report before the estimated time of completion? I submitted my documents October 13, 2019 They reviewed and accepted Nov 16, 2019 and gave me estimated time of competion December 13, 2019? isn't this too long? I need my report before December.
