Can we travel to Canada via US (for post 18Mar2020 CoPR folks)?

Hi All,

Need some advice.

Are post 18Mar 2020 CoPR approved folks allowed to travel to Canada by transiting through US?

On the third step of this wizard: https://travel.gc.ca/travel-covid/travel-restrictions/wizard-start > it asks "from the United States (including connections, so long as you enter Canada from the U.S.) ". Selecting this says you are allowed to travel.

As per the rules on cic website, it looks to be possible. you can give it a shot if you are desperate. wont hurt you expect a small burn in your pocket.

Have you tried this out, was thinking the same.

No.. wondering if anyone esle has.

Also, not getting transit visa appointment till end of year, which is needed for connecting via US.
