Hi,

The courier service providing is not accepting the A4 size paper envelope we used to put all the documents and asked to put all the documents directly in the FEDEX courier envelope.

Is it ok to do this?

Thanks!

The way you mentioned should be fine! It depends on the size of your final application. You can read these past forum posts for guidelines:

This is what mine looked like:

Hope it helps!

All documents in one envelope is fine..... especially if the sponsor and principal are cohabiting.

The size was not that much. I am from India (fyi).
And we just used FEDEX envelope to put our documents.

I had two bunches. One bunch was all the forms, checklist, barcodes and payment receipt.
the 2nd bunch was supporting documents, ID copies, everything other than what i mentioned above in the first bunch.

I used a a single Large paper clip for the first bunch as a whole.. with smaller paper clips to bind each form set together.
The second bunch I kept below the first bunch securing it so that it doesnt move much. Each document in the second bunch was labelled with a sticky (those colorful post its that dont leave a mark when removed).

Both these bunches were put in a large white envelope (with address) and then kept inside a courier company weather proof flyer.
