My question for the seniors is that can we ask for Review once case is refused on the basis of JD not matching.

The feed back which I am getting is against it.

Unfortunately a review is requested when the mistake is on CIC's part. It appears it is on you as you did not provide a satisfactory reference letter. Sorry about that! The only thing you can do is to reapply in at the next round of applications. Good luck!

Now a days there are so many wrong rejections on the basis of JD only.

I thing we should form a group and act collectively.

numbers wont alter the fact, whether u r alone or group.
u can fight against CIC if u can prove there is a breach of procedure fairness in simple words
if u can prove them wrong by taking out some mistake. judges give high deference to VO's decision
n generally they dont intervene unless they found some serious issue to be addressed.
