Can the VO extend your passport submission three times?

What is your reason? Why have you not been able to submit it on the two ocasssions it was requested?konsnkafu said:

Not not really. I have my Passport as the main applicant but My wife pass is taking toooo long to be made. they extend 60 days but it seems i will not be able to submit. it sometimes takes 6 months for you to get a fresh passport in my country... Medicals and processing fees had been paid.
