Can the spouse land before principal applicant?

Dear all can the spouse of principle applicant land 2 or 3 months before the principle applicant.

Everyone, including the family members, who haven't landed yet, have to land 'on or before' the last day of the Visa Expiry.

The 'expiry date' of the visa/s shall be written on it. Which is determined by:
1. One yr from the date of the meds, OR
2. The date of pps 'expiry' of any of the family members.
3. Whichever is earlier.
