Can the sponsor travel?

Can the sponsor (Canadian Citizen) travel to the states while our outland pr application is being processed?
I know that with an outland app, i (the applicant) am free to travel to Canada to be with my wife, but can my wife (the sponsor) travel to the states to be with me?

hehe oh ok sweet! i dunno why i thought some of the restrictions applied to the sponsor. I think someone had previously told me .
Is it only certain visas the sponsor can travel or does sponsor have freedom of travel for all visas?

If your wife is just visiting you, you should be fine Just have someone check the mail periodically.

However, if you are thinking of moving to the US during the application process, be VERY careful that they don't question her intent to move back to Canada as soon as the visa is approved.
