can anyone please advise me if my job duties match with NOC? I am thinking about plan B now just in case if anything goes wrong.

Duties on my employment letter:

Answering the telephone and taking member inquiries
• Preparing monthly financial packages including bank reconciliation, income register
and cheque register
• Preparing monthly management report for each client and presenting at monthly
evening board meeting
• Assisting board in interpreting operating agreements
• Keeping unit and common area maintenance records for the co-op
• Reviewing invoices, administering the payment of all the co-op's bills and expenses
• Administering petty cash fund and share deposit

NOC:

>Negotiate or approve rental or lease of various properties in a portfolio on behalf of property owners and ensure that terms of lease agreement are met
>Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, security services and alarm systems
>Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
>Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income, prepare reports and review rents to ensure they are at market value
>Ensure that trouble calls received from clients or tenants are acted upon
Administer damage deposits
>May hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents or other support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.

You copied the mood responsibilities in to your letter?
Most people advise against this

IMO your letter is WAY TOO SIMILAR to the NOC description. The duties have to match, but it doesn't have to be worded the same cus the VO will think you just copied and pasted. Every company uses their own wording for different positions. It will be very odd if it is worded exactly the same as the NOC description. There have been a few refusals because the letter was almost identical to the NOC description. I'd suggest you make some adjustments

yes, your duties matched your NOC description word for word. why can't you just summarize it.

sorry, my bad, the NOC part was wrong, here is the right one below:

Negotiate or approve rental or lease of various properties in a portfolio on behalf of property owners and ensure that terms of lease agreement are met
Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, security services and alarm systems
Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work for property owners

Administer damage deposits
May hire and supervise rental agents, property clerks, building superintendents or other support staff performing operational, clerical or maintenance duties.

I'm sorry, I see no resemblance between NOC 1224 and your job duties. You have the wrong NOC.

It sounds more like 1434 or
http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2011/ProfileKeyword.aspx?val=1&val1=1434&val11=property+clerk&val12=0&val13=0&val14=&val15=0&val16=0

or possibly 1311
