Can someone tell me if I am eligible for Quebec immigration?

Hi,
Can someone please let me know if I'm eligible for the Quebec immigration?

Single
Age:32
Education: Canada Bachelors (4 years) in accounting and one year post graduate diploma. in accounting (WES ECA Report)
Work Experience: 6 years in accounting.
Fund : Available
Language test: 7.5,6,6.5,6.5 - IELTS LRRS , no french.
No family connection.

I would appreciate if someone can help me with this. I have tired their website but it says I'm not eligible.
