Requirement for Quebec???

Guys I am thinking of applying for Quebec as skilled worker, please analyze my information and suggest what I need to do improve on my chances.
1. Cambridge trained / Certified CELTA English Teacher.
2. Cambridge trained / Certified TKT English Teacher.
3. Having 16 years of Education in Bachelor of Business Management from University of Sunderland, UK
4. Having an Exec. Diploma of Business Management from a Public University in Malaysia.
5. 8 years’ work experience as Contract English Teacher (Contract Staff 20 hrs. p/w).
6. Presently 2 year of work experience as Senior Cambridge English Teacher & Programme Coordinator (Contract Staff 20 hrs. p/w) with a private secondary school in Malaysia
7. Previous working experience was in Accounting and wage management office
8. IELTS 6.5
9. 43 years of age
10. No expertise in French language.
11. Married husband with Master’s degree and ongoing Ph.D. in Management But, without IELTS
12. I am the Principal applicant while my Secondary applicants will be: Husband, Sister and Mother
13. Have cousin living in Montreal, Quebec.
I don’t know If qualify in the list of occupations they have mentioned.
