Hi friends,
I have completed my one year in Canada. I came in 2018 as a refugee with my whole family. I am getting married in July. M going to Pakistan to get marry. My question is that once I get marry there do I have to apply online from there for my husband so that the process start quickly? But I dont know how to apply and what things do they need? Is it necessary to have a full time job to sponser ur husband? What if you have a part time job? Plzz guide me i dont know anything about spouse sponsorship. How everything happens plzz guide

You cannot apply online, and you, as a PR, can only apply when you are in Canada.

You should read the guide to spousal sponsorship. It will answer most of your questions. Google CIC spousal sponsorship guide.

There is no "quick" with sponsorship. It takes on average 12 months

Guide on sponsoring a spouse: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp

You cannot apply online, and you (the one sponsoring) will need to be in Canada to start the process. From there, you would choose Inland (if your spouse will stay in Canada) or outland (if they will be out of Canada during the application process.)

The guide will tell you what you need, but no it isn't necessary to have a full-time job. You'll need to provide a letter from your current Canadian employer stating your salary, period of employment, and regular weekly hours. And you will also need either your most recent Notice of Assessment or a proof of income statement from the Canadian Revenue Agency.

While it's not necessary to have a full-time job. Just keep in mind that while you are sponsoring them, you are promising to financially support them. (Food, clothing, shelter, etc.) Your spouse can't ask the Canadian government for financial help during this time. You will be 100% financially responsible for them for three years from the day they become a permanent resident. (Not from the time of application.)

The process will take about a year.

I suggest following that link and reading up on what is needed, it's a lot of information to sift through.

There is no financial requirements for spouse sponsorship. You only need to prove you will be able to support yourselves. I dint believe in the documents checklist that it ask for your bank statement. If it's not in the checklist, you dint need to give it.

From your previous posts, you are from Pakistan. Returning to Pakistan (and assuming you will be travelling on your Pakistani passport) means that you are not a genuine refugee and your PR status can and should be revoked.

Financial information will be needed to show that she can support her and her husband. Sponsorship will likely take over 12 months. Pregnancy will not speed up the process. Yes it is important to show a decent bank balance or have some savings as well as proof of other Canadian family members that can provide financial support. You will need to remain in Canada during the process. A short vacation of 2-3 weeks seems tolerated.

As per your previous posts, you stated you were from Pakistan. Stating that you are from somewhere means that is your country.
