Does WES only evaluate completed degrees?

How is it possible to produce a "Study towards a master's degree" assessment then?

I have a bachelor's degree but i attended the university for 2.5 years more for a master's degree. I didn't get the degree yet as i didn't finish my thesis. In my WES application i put all the years as attended field and the degree date as when i actually got my bachelor. The transcripts sent from the institution will contain the 2.5 years of study for sure. Will these be assessed or not looked at?

My documents now are in transit to WES but I need to know the answer as now i am in my country of origin where i was studying for my master's and i am leaving soon, so i need to know in order to arrange to start working on my thesis and re-register in my uni.

No help from WES at the moment as they refused to give me any answers before they receive the documents.

In my own opinion I think you only get the completed degree accessed and not your masters which is yet to be completed.

In your case I don't know how your school works but in the official transcript request you should only state that you want your bachelor's degree sent and not the yet to be completed degree.

Finally, in this case that you already sent the document to WES, you need to confirm what exactly was sent by your institution and wait till WES access it or get back to you if they need anything.

Thank you for your reply. Well my school always sends the whole transcript for all my studies since it is an american university and works by american credit hours system.

In the WES application i did write in the application under the field years attended: 2001 - 2006 which is actually true, but for degree awarded I put Bachelor's and data awarded is 2004.
