Can sibling(13 yr) get visit visa with my parents...plz help

I want to apply just a visit visa for my parents they live s with my 13 year old twins sibling. can my siblings also get visa with my parents if I apply for them? because they cant live alone and there is no one to take care of them in my parents absence.....any idea friends

For a regular visa - yes. For a super visa - no. If you are applying for a super visa for your parents then your siblings will have to apply for a normal visitor visa separately.
