hi all
i am planning to apply for canada study visa. i want to know can my husband come with me as spouse. we r in australia right now and i came on student visa and my husband as a spouse. mostly agents r telling me spouse can not go with you. is this true. we have one son who is living in india.
plz help me and suggest me whole procedure. we want to go to gether. give me all details.

You can apply to have your husband join you. However there is no guarantee his visa will be approved.
 
Yes, sure your husband and even son can go with you, but applications must be submitted as one package. Apart from proving that you have $10,000 per year for your living (excluding tuition), you should have addtional money for husband's stay and for your son (if he's accompanying you). If your husband has a decent job and you've the proper funding/self-funding, then your application is likely to be successful. However, meeting these requirements doesn't mean you'll get approval 100% and for your family, other factors still apply. Just make sure you sentd a complete application for you and your family.
