i already have work permit and my counterfoil has been expired that why i am concerned as have to travel outside canada.

i called ircc they told me to apply online but it may take time

If u have valid WP, then applly Visa within Canada. Its a 10 days process.

Yes. Make sure its TRV in Canada. Then in 3-4 days Passport request letter will come in your account. I applied for many students who got successfuly in 10 days.
