Can I travel out of country while waiting for my PR card after inland landing?

As the title says, would I be able to travel while waiting for my PR card after inland landing?

You can but you need to figure out how you would re-enter Canada without PR card

I dont know what you mean by inland landing. But

While waiting for your PR card, you can do either of these:

1. With your stamped COPR document, re-enter Canada by road on a private vehicle (such as your personal car, rental car, friend's car etc.). You cannot board any commercial vehicle (ex: plane, train, bus, ferry etc.)
2. If you want to re-enter by commercial vehicle (ex: you are going to Asian country and returning by plane), you need PRTD. You have to apply for that and get it. Its like a visa.
