Can I study in different province ?

Hello everyone,
I am a PR since last year and got the PR from OINP stream. I would like to study the course in a different province since it is not available in Ontario. Is that possible ?

Thank you for your reply, but won't that be the violation of the Onatrio province law (which says that the person should stay in the same province for atleast 2-3 years since he/she is nominated by the province), since I got PR through OINP ?!

Charter of Rights and Freedoms:

Canadian citizens have the right to enter, remain in, and leave Canada.

Canadian citizens and permanent residents have the right to live or seek work anywhere in Canada. Governments in Canada can't discriminate based on what province someone used to live or currently lives in.
