can I(sponsor) translate love story written by wife(applicant)?

hi, guys. My wife doesn't speak English, and we are also indicating that on other forms.
However she will write the "love story", and I will translate it(or maybe we will write it together but in her name). I am just confused, if I translate the "love story", do we need clarify that? If we do, will there be any trouble? because clearly I am not a professional translator.

If we don't, will the CIC question how she can write in English? or consider misrepresentation?

Don't worry. Translate and write the story on her behalf, no problem.
I did the same thing for my wife. Don't need to justify that in your application.
