Bilingual police clearance certificate: translate or not?

Hi guys....my Indonesian wife and I expect that she may get a 2nd police clearance request pretty soon from the CIC (Singapore)...

Please take a look at this (random) Indonesian police certificate I got from Google Images:

The CIC's rule is that documents that are not in English must be accompanied by a sworn translation, an affidavit (written by the translator) and a certified copy.

I wonder if we should get its sworn translation and certified copy? Because as you can clearly see from the above image, an Indonesian police certificate has bilingual Indonesian/English captions.....

Anyone out there ever submitted a bilingual police certificate as is (with no translation and certified copy) without any problems whatsoever? Any thoughts?

I can't see the image (blocked at work), but if everything on the PCC is bilingual with one of the languages being English (basically there is nothing on there that does not have an English caption), then I would imagine that it is acceptable to CIC. It would be ridiculous if it isn't, considering Canada's language laws and the fact that every government document I get is bilingual.

It clearly is written in both languages.. I think you don't have to.

Just to add:

My Swedish police certificate (when requested in English) comes in Swedish, English, and French. I used that for both IEC visas. As Keesio you said, if everything in the document is in both languages, why would there be an issue.

Actually, the sex of the person is not in English, and also the month from DoB. All my documents had English and French translations, but I translated them into English anyway. I would rather overdo them than have them sent incomplete. Also, I certified as true copies all the photocopies of documents, not only the translated ones. Even the passport copy was certified. Better safe than sorry.
