Guys please tell that if i could show Bank Statement(FINANCIAL STATEMENT) of my own for canadian student visa ??

I am applying in uni of New Brunswick M.ENG ECE...I am applying from Pakistan...my question is:
The total cost of prog with rent,tuition, food and books is almost 30k$,
Now I have a max statement of 27k$, and my father is retired and house rely on me and my brother income which is also not so good, kindly tell me

WILL IT BE BANIFICIAL IF I PAY HALF OR FULL FEE BEFORE APPLYING, in the offer letter there is no condition like I should pay the fee, also my consultant is saying don't pay the fee it's not necessary.

I will ask my uncle to pay the fee this way my statement will remain there and fee will also be paid so I think chances will be good.


KINDLY PLEASE PLEASE ANSWER ME AS IT WILL BE VERY VALUABLE FOR ME. WILL IT BENEFIT ME IN VISA?
 
can I show my uncle means (father's brother) bank statement.

If I wNt to go for 2 yearz course n the tution fee for two years is 25000 cad. How much bank statement is required. If my uncle can give their bank statement along with my dad statement is it ok...???

This is the same case as of one of my friend. He transferred funds from his uncle and father's account into his own account and attached three bank statements: his own, father's and uncles. Plus he attached the income documents of his father and uncle. He was successful with his visa application.
Minimum requirement is that you should show one year's fee (as written in your admission letter) plus CAD 10,000.
