NO, You can not show joint account with your father.

You can only show joint account with your spouse only if she accompany with you canada.

You can show it as 50% of your funds. Same thing i discussed with my lawyer and he said yes i can show it but cic will only count 50% of those funds as mine.

Is spouse funds(as spouse is depedent) is accepted which is solely in his/her name i.e Bank Staement,FD etc?

CIC not count the ammount mostly joint accounts with parents, aunt uncle, brother sisters etc relatives, they 100% count joint account with spouse only, I asked my lawyer he suggested me to withrow your part of money or get chek from your parents, deposite it in your account and mentioned in separeted letter that is your part from your parents get one copy with signed from parents too, that its not gift but thats the your part which they save for you, this is the words from my lawyer.

i have submitted my application with my account and my Father's account stated that he will sponsor me at time of immigration.
Now i want to transfer money from Father's account to my account.

What should i do?

WHat procedure of transfering amount is best on which visa officer dont have any objection?
Do i need to give any clarification about newly desposit monry?

I sumbitted bank statement and fd which is jointly in my and my father name with consent affidavit from my father attached....
Now its upto VO how it decide the case....on safer side i also included my spouse Bank statement ...
Any comments?

It will NOT be accepted...
Whatever documentation u add to support that... there's nothing called 'funds sponsorship by the parents'... a PA is 'independent' of that support.

Infact I did the same (bank statement of my and my father's joint account) , as my consultant ww ! cs said it to be OK and there wont be any issue.

I already dispatch full docs with affidavit from my father...some people says it is acceptable and some says not...
I have one more question..Is Mutual funds surrender value accepted by CHC?
