Can I put a C/O address?

I'm applying for a Citizenship Certificate for my son. I live in the UAE but am leaving for good in 4 months, so most likely while the process is ongoing.

Can I put either my parent's address in the UK or my in-laws' address in Canada?

why dont you apply for the certificate from the abu dhabi embassy in UAE?
