Can i have a medical request after biometrics correspondence letter? This is my 2nd time applying.

Hi guys,today i recieved my biometrics correspondence letter.I applied on 19th July (Paper based application in Nairobi VFS).my question is can I get a medical request after the biometrics letter? I have seen most people get rejections after the biometrics letter.
NB:This is my 2nd time applying for a study permit.

Not exactly. The order in which you receives these corresponding mails has nothing to do with what happened next.

Just exercise some patience.

Furthermore, the first time you applied what was your visa refusal reason and secondly, did you received your biometrics correspondence letter before the refusal and how many days interval was between.

When is your class starting and was your application online or paper base?

It was rejected due to financial status and personal assets..and yes before the rejection letter I first recieved the biometrics letter then like 5 days later I got rejection letter.I applied on paper at the Nairobi VFS.

My classes begin on 5th sept but the deadline is on 19th sept
