can i go out of canada on January 2011, if my work permit expires in May2011?

@sydneywhite-ako nga 1 month lang bakayun ko eh hay nakakalungkot baka pag hinabaan ko di na ko bumalik hehehe, wala parin sa ecas ang application namin, ikaw lapit na yan sana next yr bilisan nila kc tapos na ang mga holidays di b? ako jan 2012 pa ang expiration ng sa akin kya malamang dito ka na renew ang passport ko

@ michan- mag expired work permit ko by october 30, 2011, yes, i will keep posted sa bakasyun ko....and i will let you all know about re-entry visa and etc kc mag tatanong ako sa immigration pag dating ko sa airport just to make sure...

hi russell, ok lang..bitbit ko 2 luggages, each of them are 40lbs..and isang hand carry bag...wala namang problema, wlang ninakaw or something..heehehhe

... hi everyone... do you think as long as i have my re entry and new work permit ok and not expired then i can go back to Canada? My 2 yrs in on Nov and I will pass my application by that time, but then i plan to go to Philippines on December with my employer while my paper is in process... What do you think about this?
... Another is that my employer will stay for a month and I requested them to allow me up to 3 mos since I didnt go for any vacation for 2 years.Do u think 3 mos is just ok? as long as me and my employer has an agreement provided with a letter that I can show to the immigration officer?
... and Lastly since they said that upon receiving our application they will open it after 2-3 mos, so do you think it would be ok if I will submit 2 mos in advance? like instead of November I submit it on September ( 2 mos earlier) since I am not leaving the country until I completed the 2 years? when they open it ill be on my 2yrs then...
... my work permit and visa expires the same date sept 2011. what is the earliest time they allow to renew everything? thanks
