Can I give my biometric in USA with USA visitor visa?

I applied parents super visa online and IRCC gave me a letter to collect biometric. But it has to be done outside the Canada and within 30 days. My parents are currently in Canada and Can we do biometric collection in USA with visitor visa？ The website said do not travel to usa to give biometric and has to be already legally in USA. We have 10 years visitor visa already and I am assuming that we can legally enter usa to do it. AndPlease advise.
