OP, tell the CIC that you examined your marriage with your ex-husband and found the relationship to not be genuine, therefore the CIC cannot consider you married. they do it to everyone else, so why not?

Hi everyone...regarding for the 5years bans or inadmissible in Canada for 5years,i receive a letter from CIC that my husband complaint against me that caused of mental disturbances and anxiety for him so CIC is recommending to settle this problem to my husband before to court.
What I am thinking right now is all about my children and better to end up our marriage, any advice on how to start with the filling divorce?
