Can i complete medicals without receiving the request?

Hi Friends i need your help here!!

I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012). Got my LOA 23.06.2013. My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.

Can i complete medicals without receiving the request from CIC? I know for sure that the Medicals are valid for 1 year.
So, I was wondering if it is possible to preemptively do my medicals to avoid further delays?

If it is possible, how does one go about with it?

The short answer is "No". Cic already mentioned about it. Unless instructed, you should not do the medical exam.
