Can I be approved for the 2nd time-Visitor Extension from the US

I entered Canada from the US in May of 2017. I requested a visitor extension for 1 year and it was granted. It is set to expire in November of 2018.

My boyfriend and I wanted to apply for common-law sponsorship this past May, (after 12 months of co-habitating) but his divorce wasn't final, so we couldn't. However his divorce will be final this fall. (finally)

If I submit a visitor extension request again and tell them why I want to stay (We want to apply for sponsorship..We actually want to marry as soon as his divorce is final) and include letters from friends here in Canada that know us as a couple..(.I have also had help from the local MP's office and they have stated they will write a letter as well stating Jeff's income from last year which shows he can support me staying here)...do you think I have a chance to be approved for a 2nd extension?

He doesn't have to be divorced in order to sponsor you as his common law partner. You should submit the application now.
